The engagement, which began in March 2022, involves the provision of an Angular developer who works remotely. The developer was selected after matching the company's requirements with his profile. The engagement, which has no defined end date, has seen the company invest around €88,000 (approximately $95,000 USD).

The Coalition of Persons with Disabilities Newfoundland and Labrador (COD NL) hired Synergo Group for mobile app consultation and RFP development. COD NL, a provincial, cross-disability organization, found Synergo Group on the Clutch site and chose them over others due to their high ratings.
