Syncit Group

Syncit Group completed a project for a fashion retail company dissatisfied with their old site's design and performance. The client desired a stable website with excellent design and performance across all branches. Syncit Group was chosen based on their approach, experience, and recommended by a partner. The team conducted several discovery workshops to identify the client's problems and proposed solutions. They worked on integrating the new site with the client's ERP and design, and after a few iterations, three mock-ups were presented for selection. A project manager from Syncit Group was the point of contact, with occasional inputs from the development lead.

In another project, Syncit Group was hired by an e-commerce company to maintain, update, and develop their website and various extensions. The client had worked with Syncit Group in the past and appreciated their work. Each month, the client received a roadmap of maintenance items performed and to be performed, along with an action plan for new rollouts from development/test sites to full implementation. The team provided full support and interaction with providers before, during, and after each rollout.
