Synapse was commissioned by CPP Assistance Services India to develop a branding strategy for a banking protection site. The company faced a challenge to market assistance features at the point-of-sale, and Synapse was tasked to create branding, messaging communications, and strategy to facilitate the selling of the product across thousands of storefronts in India. Synapse developed the product’s name, logo, mascot, and the communication on the storefronts, and created a welcome pack for customers. The project was completed in record time, and the client was satisfied with Synapse's ability to understand the exact output requirements and deliver them.

Synapse was hired by HDFC Bank to create an interactive video for a new product aimed at millennials. The product was a savings account credit card, and the video was to be used by the sales staff as a pitching tool. Synapse was tasked with creating the video in a language the target audience could understand, simplifying banking industry terms. After presenting five potential styles, the team created an animated and testimonial style video within three weeks. The client was pleased with Synapse’s work, noting that their proposal was the best among four companies they considered for the project.
