SYDCON, Inc. was hired by a startup insurance brokerage firm to create an e-commerce platform for their underwriting and sales operations. The project involved the development of a SEO optimized website with a Content Management System (CMS) and a web-based underwriting application for policy issuance. Despite a limited budget, SYDCON was able to deliver a scalable solution, including useful features such as reporting functionality for monitoring policy status and financial closes. The project commenced in October 2012 and concluded in February 2014, with an investment of over $60,000.

Another project undertaken by SYDCON was for the marketing team of RESTORE, a hair regrowth company. They were tasked with making ongoing changes to the company's WordPress website, which was previously built by another developer. Since January 2014, SYDCON has been providing day-to-day, project-to-project assistance to RESTORE, making numerous changes to the site using CSS. The investment for this ongoing service ranges between $50,000 and $200,000.

SYDCON also worked with an international commerce facilitator on multiple custom development projects. The company required external IT and application development resources for market-facing products. SYDCON proved to be a key partner, developing over a dozen custom platforms and client ordering portals. They also created a system for inventory management and product activation. The collaboration began 10 years ago and continues till date, with new projects and upgrades to existing systems being carried out regularly.
