Susco Solutions partnered with Perfect Track Record, an asset tracking startup, to develop custom software. The software was initially intended to track assets geologically but evolved to also monitor the health of the assets. Users can log into the platform and enable outside vendors to update and maintain the assets. The partnership began in October 2021, and the client has invested approximately $30,000 so far. The project is ongoing, with plans to move into the second and third phases.

In another project, Susco Solutions worked with a medical billing startup to develop custom software. The software, built from scratch using C# and .NET, logs daily medical time entries across multiple users and includes a reporting structure using SQL. The software also tracks specific client demographic information and monitors medical authorizations. The project, which began in January 2021, is ongoing, with the initial phases being rolled out and phase two underway. The client has invested around $240,000 in the project so far.

Susco Solutions was hired by a subsidiary of Bollinger Shipyards to upgrade their aging custom ERP software. The scope of the project was to replace the legacy software with similar modules and processes, using Angular for the front-end application and C# for the API. Initially, the plan was to run parallel systems connected to the same database, but due to technical challenges, the plan was changed to have one release. The team consisted of a project manager, a lead developer, a mid-level developer, and a backend developer, with additional resources brought in during some phases.
