Surf Pacific

Surf Pacific was hired by a suburban dental practice with a rich history of over forty years to revamp their digital marketing strategy. The dental practice had been working with Surf Pacific for over a decade, and they felt that it was time to re-establish their lead in the industry as other practices had begun to catch up. The goal of the project was to highlight the individuality of the practice, showcase the personalities behind the brand, and project a pathway forward for the next few years. Surf Pacific was chosen based on a recommendation and their long-standing relationship with the dental practice.

The scope of work involved a thorough understanding of the practice and its team members. Surf Pacific's team made several visits to the practice to chat, film, and photograph, with the aim of incorporating these elements into the website and other digital media. The most recent project involved a deep dive into the relationship between the two co-owners, their personalities, their relationship with others within the practice, and the functioning of the practice both internally and externally. This involved a day and a half of filming the co-owners in various capacities.

The results of the project were positive, with the dental practice feeling well cared for by Surf Pacific. The updated website and digital media accurately reflected the practice and its team members, contributing to the practice's goal of re-establishing its individuality and lead in the industry.
