Supportsoft Technologies was contracted by MDFM, a facilities management company for aged care and retirement living, to design a mobile app. The goal was to provide an easy-to-use platform for elderly customers to log maintenance requests. The team of 2-5 employees from Supportsoft ensured that the app collected information in a logical sequence and provided a portal to access the data. The company was also hired by WOW Feel Good Now Pty Ltd, a health and wellness company, for app and website development. In another project, Supportsoft Technologies was tasked by Shareseat Pty Ltd, a ride-sharing company, to develop a mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. The app was designed to facilitate carpooling, locate potential riders based on location, offer a convenient payment system, and maintain a comprehensive history of all previous rides.
