SupportSages worked with Baabte System Technologies, an Edtech company to scale up their application during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main task was to implement a scalable architecture for the company's learning management system application, 99LMS. The Edtech company selected SupportSages through an interview process, where they presented a solution to the company's needs. The feedback indicated satisfaction with SupportSages' manager who was mainly assigned to the project.

In a project with a health tech startup, SupportSages was hired to handle issues related to hosting and maintaining the server. Their task was to help the company maintain their AWS platform, manage the servers, and optimize the cost model. The startup was pleased with SupportSages' prompt support and the smooth journey throughout the project. Two people from SupportSages were assigned to this project and the collaboration started in January 2020 is still ongoing.

SupportSages assisted an outsourcing processes company with AWS cloud migration to overcome application challenges. This project involved taking over the cloud infrastructure once the movement to AWS was completed. The company chose SupportSages due to their excellent experience in AWS infrastructure and their affordable cost. There were about seven people involved in the project, with direct contact to their managing director. The collaboration started in June 2020 and is still ongoing.
