SuperAdmins

SuperAdmins partnered with a full-service creative agency to develop a large e-commerce website for one of their clients. The primary goal was to create a secure, scalable platform that allowed for continuous integration and deployment. SuperAdmins focused on setting up the infrastructure in Amazon Web Services, building environments, and managing deployment flows for code, database, and backups. The engagement lasted from April 2020 to July 2020, during which the client worked directly with two technical leads from SuperAdmins. The client appreciated the team's expertise and efficiency in setting up the infrastructure.

In a project with COFA Games, SuperAdmins was responsible for setting up the complete multiplayer backend structure for a mobile fighting game on Google Cloud. The project, which started in March 2018, involved ensuring stability, scalability, and hosting efficiency. SuperAdmins also implemented a downtime monitoring system, load balancing, and security measures. They set up hosting in four locations: Europe, the US, Asia, and South America. The client commended SuperAdmins for their swift and efficient service and continues to rely on them for support and queries.

SuperAdmins was hired by One2Ten, a client and employee experience platform, to handle managed IT operations for their server infrastructure. Since March 2020, SuperAdmins has been maintaining and managing the client's AWS servers, conducting regular firewall and security scans, and taking responsibility for backup server connections and change requests. SuperAdmins' clear and direct approach to explaining their work and delivering success was appreciated by the client, who continues to invest approximately $2,200 USD per month in their services.
