Sunvery

Sunvery successfully provided recruiting services for OutSoft, a technology company specializing in web and mobile applications, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, e-commerce solutions, and business intelligence services. The goal was to recruit a team of 11 senior software engineers remotely within two months in Eastern Europe. Sunvery's team sourced and filtered candidates, provided market insights, scheduled interviews, and communicated with candidates throughout the process. As a result, OutSoft was able to hire 11 exceptional engineers and met the deadline for their project.

The company also worked with planD, an innovative distressed secondaries and investor networking platform, to recruit an offshore Technical Lead in Poland and hire more engineers. Sunvery developed a hiring roadmap for the Polish talent market and sought a tech engineer with management experience. The recruitment process was seamless and efficient, with candidates interviewed both via video and in person. Sunvery provided the necessary equipment and clarified the details of the cooperation with the hired talent. In the end, a core team of three was built, with two engineers hired based on the reference of the Technical Lead hired by Sunvery.

Sunvery was also hired by Fraud.net, a company that creates solutions to combat fraud, to hire Backend and Frontend Developers. The team sourced and screened potential candidates, managed the interview process, and communicated with potential candidates. The project was successful, with Sunvery's well-organized approach and great culture fit being highlighted.
