Sunny Information Technology Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. successfully completed an after-sales system development project for Dmall, a provider of omnichannel digital retail solutions. Dmall needed a system to support the management of their after-sales service, as distribution, tracking, and service process monitoring were being done manually, leading to inefficiency and high error rates. Sunny Information, having a long-standing business relationship with Dmall, was chosen for its delivery capabilities, service management philosophy, and the potential of its existing service management system to meet Dmall's business needs.

The project involved the construction of an after-sales service system, with Sunny Information providing a range of services throughout the process. These included the introduction of the system construction framework in the start-up stage, business model consultation in the planning stage, project management in the implementation stage, and training and testing in the online stage. The Sunny Information team comprised of 11 members, including a Business Sale, a Project Manager, two Product Managers, a Development Manager, two Test Engineers, and four Development Engineers.

The outcome of the project was a flexibly configurable after-sales service management system that integrated with Dmall's own system to automate information circulation. The system is currently in use and operating stably. The project has also led to a continuation of the strong business relationship between Dmall and Sunny Information, with plans for long-term cooperation on the expansion of new business models and continuous system optimization and upgrades.
