Sunmait Technologies was hired by Aligned Code, a product software boutique, to migrate a PHP monolith app and MySQL database to NodeJS microservices with MongoDB database backend and rewrite a static website to a ReactJS SPA application. The project required the transformation of the legacy system into a more scalable architecture with separate warehouse, shop, and order applications. The team consisted of 2 back-end developers, 1 front-end developer, and a senior full-stack team lead and they successfully delivered on the project requirements.
