SunDr

SunDr completed a project for MTT Tracker, an IT firm focused on assisting professional poker players to enhance their capabilities and results. The primary requirement was the creation of a full-stack poker analytics SaaS from scratch, encompassing architecture, development, and deployment. The platform was designed with hand history input from PokerStars and GGPoker, along with currency normalization, a Monte Carlo variance simulator for bankroll planning, and subscription billing via Paddle. To facilitate offline usage on tables, provision for Progressive Web App (PWA) support was also integrated.

The scope of SunDr's involvement in the project was exhaustive as they oversaw full-stack development from inception to final execution. The finished product included a Next.js application with 19 database models and 43 API endpoints. It also comprised hand history parsers for PokerStars and GGPoker, a Monte Carlo variance simulator with over 10,000 iterations, and an achievement system with 30 unlockable badges. It was integrated with Paddle billing with three subscription tiers, Google and Facebook OAuth, PWA with offline support, and language localization feature for six languages supporting 25+ currencies. All these tasks were managed by a single engineer, showcasing the comprehensive product ownership.

The entire project with SunDr was executed from November 2025 to March 2026 at a cost of less than $10,000, offering remarkable value.
