The company also developed a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for a supply chain firm. The web application provides real-time data from the manufacturing floor to the planners and schedulers, aiding in more accurate planning and scheduling operations. The vendor was recommended by an employee, and the project involved the design, development, and deployment of the web app. The project began with requirement workshops and integration design with the current ERP and planning, scheduling applications.
