Sulta Tech

Sulta Tech was employed by Giver of Givers Education, a South African college, to provide a solution for their data analysis needs. The college's marketing department needed an efficient method of managing large amounts of data. Sulta Tech developed an intelligent data analysis agent, providing end-to-end support including deployment, upkeep, and AI consulting. This agent creates an easily accessible platform for staff, allows them to retrieve information using simple language commands, and automatically prepares and structures the data for further use.

The data analysis agent sits on top of all the key data sources such as marketing platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, and internal systems. It comprehends the queries asked in plain English, identifies the necessary data, and retrieves it. Post retrieval, it filters and structures the data appropriately, while also choosing the appropriate datasets and pulling the latest information from other connected marketing and analytics platforms. It then converts the data into a form that AI models can conveniently work with.

The agent developed by Sulta Tech feeds into the college's existing AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to quickly generate insights, reports, and recommendations. This collaborative project was carried out successfully over a span of three months, from November 2025 to January 2026. Giver of Givers Education attests to the impeccable support received from Sulta Tech, which was referred and chosen for its close geographic location.
