Highlights from Recent Projects
Stuzo developed a financial platform for Payomatic, a financial services provider in New York City. The goal was to bring the company into the digital era and make it relevant for customers in an evolving world. Stuzo developed a product vision and roadmap that was prioritized within their agile process. They created a mobile app that allowed customers to digitize their checks ahead of time and receive immediate payments at a special window in the store. The project is still in heavy development and is expected to launch in June 2018. Payomatic has invested around $250,000 so far and expects to spend an additional $400,000–$600,000 in 2018.
Stuzo worked with the People's Choice Awards to develop a Facebook application to increase fan engagement and integrate fans through social media into the telecast. The project expanded to include a major redesign of their voting application for the award show. Stuzo was involved in the entire lifecycle of the project, from inception strategy and creative discussion to creative design, development, quality assurance, and handoff. The cost of the projects ranged between $200,000 and $1 million.
Stuzo was hired by a digital health startup to develop a web app for a dentist membership platform. The startup had conducted a year of field research on the dental industry and presented the data to Stuzo, who then developed a cloud-based MVP that met all the requirements. The team designed a full-stack JavaScript app hosted on the Amazon Web Service cloud with a React-based frontend and Node.js-based backend. The MVP was developed between June–September 2017, leading to a beta release. The final product was released in February 2018.
