Highlights from Recent Projects
Studio Rubric worked with a fishing-based leadership nonprofit to develop and design a website that educates people about the foundation. The project, which began in July 2019 and concluded in February 2020, involved an initial discovery meeting followed by the development of a site map and the creation of a password-protected portal for program participants to access their curriculum, homework assignments, and tasks. The client worked with an owner and a project manager from Studio Rubric and invested around $20,000 in the project.
In another project, Studio Rubric collaborated with Weglot, a multilingual solution provider, to develop a Squarespace website. The project, which ran from July to September 2020, aimed to showcase the power of combining Squarespace and Weglot. The client worked with three people from Studio Rubric and spent about $15,000 on the project. This engagement was initiated because Studio Rubric had used Weglot in a past project for one of their clients and had a track record of building great Squarespace websites.
Studio Rubric was also hired by a commercial production company based in Detroit, Michigan, to develop a website. The goal of the project was to create an easy-to-use, yet professional website to showcase the company's work. The client initially reached out to Studio Rubric for additional help but eventually hired them to complete an overhaul of the website. The project involved a phone call to understand the client's needs, the creation of solutions, and the addition of their own ideas. The team composition has grown over time, with more people contributing to the website with new ideas, updates, and problem-solving.
