Stravatek

Stravatek was engaged by an advertising services company for the development of their HR function. The project involved the establishment of an organisational structure, recruitment, performance evaluation, and the creation of policies and processes. Stravatek was selected for their extensive industry experience and competitive pricing. The project began with a kickoff meeting and the establishment of time-driven key performance indicators and measurements. The process included the documentation of policies and the implementation of HR software for documentation management. The project concluded with the development of an organisational structure and performance evaluation specifics. The CEO of Stravatek, Amir, was directly involved in the project, contributing his expertise to its successful completion.

In another project, Stravatek was hired by TectSoft, an IT consulting company, to manage their HR services. The scope of the project included payroll processing, employee management, and providing advice on improving employee communication. Stravatek was responsible for onboarding, managing employees, and providing data to the PayPeople platform. This included the creation of a monthly attendance and payroll report. The project, which ran from February to November 2022, involved close collaboration between the TectSoft CEO and two members of the Stravatek team, including Senior Consultant Amir. The engagement resulted in an investment of approximately $3,300 USD. Stravatek was chosen for this project based on a referral from a friend and their competitive online packages.
