Stravatek

Stravatek was hired by an advertising services company to aid in the development of their HR function. The CEO of the company chose Stravatek for their extensive industry experience and competitive price bracket. The project began with a kickoff meeting, followed by the establishment of time-driven key performance indicators and measurements. Essential documentation of policies was carried out, and a HR software was introduced for document management. The final stages of the project involved developing the organisational structure and setting up performance evaluation specifics. The CEO of Stravatek, Amir, worked directly with the client on this project.

Stravatek provided HR services for TectSoft, an IT consulting company. The CEO of TectSoft hired Stravatek to manage HR services, process payrolls, and provide feedback on improving communication and management of employees. Stravatek was responsible for onboarding, managing employees, and feeding information to the PayPeople platform. This included creating monthly attendance and payroll reports. The CEO worked closely with two members from Stravatek, including the senior consultant, Amir. The engagement, which cost $25,000 Indian Rupees (approximately $3,300 USD), lasted from February to November 2022.
