Stratosphere Networks

Stratosphere Networks was hired by Fieldwork LA-OC, a market research company, to transition their standard analog phone line to a VoIP system. The project came about as the company's legacy phone system had stopped allowing inbound and outbound calls, severely impacting their business operations. Stratosphere Networks was chosen for their quick response, detailed project explanation, and dedication. The transition to a VoIP system was successful, restoring the company's key communication component and getting their business back on track.

In another project, Stratosphere Networks was engaged by a holding company primarily focusing on property and casualty insurance. The company was in the process of moving to new headquarters and required assistance with the design and implementation of various aspects for the new location, including their IT room. Stratosphere Networks also provided consultation for the implementation of changes to the client's local area network and the replacement of switches and other aging items. The project was successful, leading to the company signing a managed services contract with Stratosphere Networks.

Stratosphere Networks was also contracted by a Chicago-based mental health clinic to maintain their Avaya phone system. The clinic decided to switch vendors when their previous one was unable to fix an issue. Over the years, Stratosphere Networks has maintained and added more phone systems across all the clinic's locations. All locations are now outfitted with an Avaya IP500 phone system and use a mobile application, one-X, which allows desk phones to be emulated through a smartphone. The clinic has also used Stratosphere Networks for managed services for their network. The engagement has been ongoing for 10 years, indicating a high level of satisfaction with Stratosphere Networks' services.
