Stratosphere Networks was contracted by Fieldwork LA-OC, a market research company, to upgrade their standard analog phone line to a VoIP system. The company, which is primarily phone-based, had been experiencing issues with their legacy phone system serviced through AVAYA and Windstream, which had stopped allowing inbound and outbound calls. Stratosphere Networks provided a VoIP solution that effectively resolved the issue. The client appreciated the vendor's quick response and detailed explanation of the project.

An insurance provider, functioning as a merchant bank, hired Stratosphere Networks during a move to new headquarters in Illinois. The company was separating operations from another company that previously provided IT support, and Stratosphere Networks was brought in to assist with the design and implementation of various IT aspects for the new headquarters. Stratosphere Networks also provided a managed services contract and continues to provide consulting services on an as-needed basis.

Stratosphere Networks has been providing managed network services for a Chicago-based mental health clinic for a decade.
