Strategex

Strategex collaborated with Riverside Company, a global investment firm, to strengthen their Net Promoter Score (NPS) by identifying areas of improvement in their customer service. Strategex conducted in-depth interviews with a selected group of key customers to gather insights on their experiences with the firm. The primary contact from Strategex was a Vice President, who was assisted by another team member. The engagement, which took place from September to November 2020, was not the first time the two companies had worked together. The client was highly satisfied with Strategex's comprehensive methodology and the actionable report they provided at the end of the project. A total of less than $50,000 was invested in this project.
