The project involved a 25-person Italian TV crew shooting an episode of a tourism series in Finland. Storytailors was responsible for budget management and planning, ensuring costs were kept under control without compromising the quality of the production. The company demonstrated its efficiency and adaptability, making significant cost cuts, such as deciding against renting buses with professional drivers and opting for minibuses and vans instead. Despite the fast-paced nature of the production and some unexpected changes, Storytailors managed to maintain focus on the most important aspects of the project. The company's strategy and commitment were praised, particularly in their efforts to control costs while ensuring the production's quality.

Storytailors also worked with the Best Ever Food Review Show, a travel and food show, on a video production project in Puerto Rico. The goal was to film unique food and discover new perspectives of the country. Storytailors was selected for the project due to their great culture fit and good value for cost. The company assigned 2-5 employees to the project, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage resources. The project was successful, with Storytailors delivering a high-quality video production that met the objectives of the Best Ever Food Review Show.
