Stonehill was able to consolidate their strategy into a one-page strategic plan, which served as a key communication tool within the organization, ensuring everyone was on the same page. This document was also updated regularly by the Stonehill team. In addition to strategic planning, Stonehill provided marketing services to position the software company prominently in the industry.
