The CEO of Restaurant Magic Software wanted a consolidated strategic plan that could serve as a key communication tool within the organization. Stonehill successfully created a one-page strategic plan that ensured everyone in the organization was on the same page. The team of five from Stonehill also mediated discussions within the organization, ensuring everyone's opinions were heard and considered. This resulted in no one feeling like their ideas were discounted. Since creating the initial document, Stonehill has continued to assist in updating the strategic plan and has also begun working predominantly on marketing to position the company in the industry. They have also been preparing the company for tradeshows and assisting with media preparation. The engagement, which began around 2017, continues to date with about $500,000 invested so far.
