STI DATA & BI was contracted by MiRed, a company that acts as a technological and operational enabler in the banking sector, to modernize and centralize their data management systems. The project's primary goals were to minimize manual processes, provide timely and trustworthy information for different departments, implement a scalable business intelligence platform and data warehouse, and offer real-time access to centralised information using self-service capabilities. MiRed selected STI DATA & BI based on the company's high ratings, cost-effectiveness, and aligned company values.

STI DATA & BI, whose team size for this project ranged from two to five employees, aimed to design, implement, and deploy a centralized Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehouse platform for MiRed. The scope of work was intricate, covering the consolidation of operational, commercial, financial, and service data into a scalable and robust analytics environment. It was structured in two key phases, encompassing data acquisition, transformation, analytics modelling, reporting, testing, deployment, training, and post-implementation support.

Upon the project's completion, STI DATA & BI had successfully provided a robust and scalable BI platform and Data Warehouse. The project not only increased MiRed's ability to process information timely and reliably, but also enhanced its strategic data-driven decision-making process. This transition has brought forward a significant shift in how MiRed employs its data, as it now benefits from standardized, centralized, and readily accessible information. Feedback from MiRed underlines the project's success, accentuating how STI DATA & BI stood out for their high ratings, value for cost, and aligned company values.
