The initial phase of the collaboration involved traditional advertising mediums including newspapers, magazines, and radio. However, a strategic shift towards digital advertising was made, which now accounts for 98% of K. Hovnanian Homes' advertising. Stevens & Tate Marketing's involvement includes social advertising through platforms like email, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The company also assists in developing annual advertising budgets and strategizing how to increase traffic in specific communities. The long-standing partnership, which started in 2003, continues to this day with the company investing just under $10 million in the services of Stevens & Tate Marketing.
Tischlers Finer Foods, an independent grocery store, engaged Stevens & Tate Marketing to help drive growth. The marketing firm proposed the production of television commercials to help achieve this objective. After considering successful marketing strategies for similar stores, three commercials were created. Stevens & Tate Marketing took charge of scriptwriting, filming, and editing, and also facilitated the airing of the ads on several local cable channels.
