Highlights from Recent Projects
Stepwise was hired by PERMITS to Fly, a startup in civil aviation, to create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for their automated system. The goal was to use the MVP as a mock-up for the final product. Stepwise was chosen due to their well-organized and medium-sized structure. The project began with a meeting between the client and Stepwise's project management and chief cloud architect. The MVP was designed to meet the client's needs and was received positively. The project team from Stepwise included a project manager and two UX designers.
Stepwise was contracted by a German Telecommunications Company to develop professional testing tools. The vendor was selected after interviews with numerous companies, with Stepwise standing out as the most professional and best organized. The project involved the use of various technologies including Javascript, Docker, Webpack, GCP, Java, Spring Boot, Swagger, and GCP for the backend. The team from Stepwise consisted of a project manager, 2-3 front-end and back-end developers, and designers, depending on the phase of the project. The project was completed swiftly and professionally.
A VR vocational training company hired Stepwise to visualize a VR-specific Learning Management System (LMS). The vendor was chosen based on previous successful collaborations with team members before they joined Stepwise. The project involved listening to the client's goals and objectives, envisioning an LMS product, designing the visual language and usability, and providing Figma designs and CSS styling. The project was executed in a short and productive period, with the client mainly working with one resource from Stepwise. The project was successful in translating high-level incomplete requirements into a comprehensive UX and UI design.
