Stepmates Studios

Stepmates Studios was hired by a director of multiple companies and a comedian to create several creative projects, including an animated adult comedy TV series, the transformation of a children's book into animation, and a film clip for a children's dance track. Stepmates Studios was chosen for their industry-leading reputation and the success of their original series "Regular Old Bogan". They successfully converted the director's stand-up comedy into visual stories, creating a cartoon version of the director that matched his vision. They also brought the children's book to life and created a song from a few brief notes. The director worked closely with Mark, Sebastian, and Pete from Stepmates Studios, who provided regular updates and allowed the director to steer personal parts of the project.

Stepmates Studios was also hired by the CEO and Founder of Dorpee, a computer software company, to produce a series of explainer videos. The goal was to use animation to clearly describe Dorpee to various audience groups. Stepmates Studios was chosen for their ability to understand Dorpee's vision, produce high-quality outputs, and offer cost-effective solutions. They created a series of scripts based on Dorpee's vision, which were reviewed collaboratively. They then created several iterations of animations and storyboards, recorded voiceovers, and produced the final products in multiple formats. The CEO worked with Mark and Seb from Stepmates Studios, who were open to feedback and able to steer the project in the right direction.
