Highlights from Recent Projects
Stepico was hired by VRFX Realtime Studio for a project that required a Network Solution specifically tailored for real-time networking and remote controlling with Unity Engine for a Show exhibition software. The selection was based on previous successful collaborations. The project involved three Stepico team members and was executed within a given time frame, with the scope defined by VRFX's senior developer. The project was successfully completed using C sharp with Forge networking as Unity engine integration.
Whatagoober and Goober Games, a game company, outsourced their development and art needs to Stepico. The Stepico team, fluctuating between 10 to 20 members depending on project needs, began by supporting development, coding in C#, and using Unity for projects. They also utilized an animation tool called Spine for art. Over time, the two teams blended into one cohesive unit. The collaboration, which started in fall 2016, is ongoing and has resulted in an investment of between $200,000-$999,999 by Whatagoober and Goober Games.
Limit Break, a mobile game company, hired Stepico to achieve high-quality artwork. The selection was based on high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for cost, and a referral. Despite the confidentiality of the project, Stepico was able to develop and execute a unique look and style for the project, adhering strictly to visual quality and technical specifications. Stepico's responsiveness and ability to take direction well were noted as key factors in the successful completion of the project.
