Steadfast Media was hired by BB Imaging, a diagnostic ultrasound company, to evaluate and consult on an upcoming development project. The goal of the project was to reduce maternal mortality and morbidity in pregnancy. Steadfast Media was selected due to their expertise as developers and their ability to envision the technology as desired by BB Imaging. They held multiple discovery meetings, delivered clear plans on the project, and provided valuable design strategies. The team worked closely with the CEO and a project lead from BB Imaging.
For an appliance liquidation company, Steadfast Media developed inventory management software. The software, built using PHP, was designed to catalog and track inventory across multiple locations. The team created a barcode scanner and a logic to translate barcodes and attach product descriptions to them. They also developed inventory search engines from scratch. The company owner worked with a team of 4-5 people from Steadfast Media, including the CEO, a Project Management and Operations Lead, and Software Engineers. The project, which began in August 2020, is ongoing.
Steadfast Media was hired by Smart Labor Management, a workforce management company, to develop a web application from scratch. The application, developed using PHP, included a full suite of services such as talent acquisition, time tracking, invoicing, and more. The tool was intended to help companies manage their temporary labor process. The managing director of Smart Labor Management worked with a team of 3-4 people from Steadfast Media, including a developer, project manager, analyst, and architect. The project started in May 2019 and is ongoing.
