Startup House

Startup House was hired by Avantpage, a language services company, to conduct a discovery phase for a new product. The scope of work included understanding the scope of MVP and further development, creating a first working prototype for testing, collecting user feedback before starting development, and preparing for the development phase. The deliverables included defining the scope, estimating the MVP scope, creating low-fi wireframes, providing technical recommendations, developing an MVP user flow, and reporting user testing findings. The Startup House team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was selected due to a great cultural fit and a referral.

FlyV, a low-cost on-demand airline, engaged Startup House to develop a low fidelity prototype and conduct a technical analysis for implementation. The project required a team of 6-10 employees from Startup House. The scope of work included the development of commercial and operational algorithms and systems, a booking engine, and a customer front-end. The team was chosen due to their cultural fit and alignment with the company's values.

Startup House was engaged by a digital platform for public sector health workers in Norway for custom software development services. The team, consisting of about six members, was involved in building a digital product. They conducted user interviews during the discovery phase, completed product development, and made necessary adjustments. The team also assisted in choosing the best technologies to ensure scalability. The project, which started in June 2020, is ongoing. The team was recommended by one of the company's programmers who had a positive experience working with Startup House.
