Starstack was hired by Urjamithra Solar, a trusted name in solar energy solutions in Kerala, to develop a user-friendly web portal. The goal was to streamline solar consultations and quotes, integrate with CRM for automated lead management, and ultimately improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction. Starstack was chosen based on their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and alignment with company values. A team of 2-5 employees from Starstack worked on this project. The key deliverables included a responsive web portal optimized for various devices, a dynamic quote generator, CRM integration, a sales dashboard for lead tracking, as well as testing, deployment and training.

The results of the project were positive. The new web portal, equipped with an automated quote generator and CRM integration, has significantly improved the company's digital engagement and reduced response time. The automatic lead capture feature and smart lead assignment based on location and inquiry type have also increased inquiries and lead conversion. Furthermore, the sales dashboard has proven effective for lead tracking and conversion monitoring.
