Starling

Starling was hired by an accounting firm for a rebranding project. The firm engaged Starling to revise their website to reflect their new brand and to work on additional projects including new copy, SEO, design, and user interface. The scope of work evolved over time, starting from a basic rebrand and retainer to more involved projects like a total rewrite, CX and UX audit, implementing SEO strategies, and a standalone API integration project. The team from Starling that worked on this project included the owner, a developer, and a new partner/copywriter.

Embebabies.com, a retail company, hired Starling to update and customize their Shopify website. Starling was chosen for their effective communication and project management skills. They worked with the company's web designers to improve the layout of product offerings, site speed, and the overall customer experience. The scope of work involved the implementation of a new Shopify template, building out customizations for navigation, the home page, and the product page, and integrating apps. The Starling team for this project consisted of a project manager and a developer.

Starling was engaged by a branding agency, Sunday Roast, to develop their Wordpress websites. They were introduced to Starling via another trusted design agency. The scope of work involved providing detailed website requirements, including size, functionalities, goals, purposes, design elements, etc. Once the website was designed, the prototype/assets were handed over to Starling's team, led by Andrew, for development. The project was completed successfully, with any questions or issues being communicated quickly and clearly.
