The company needed a significant number of talents across all their restaurants, and Staff Arabia was able to meet this demand by launching a sourcing process based on the job descriptions provided. After shortlisting candidates, Unified Hospitality conducted the final interviews while Staff Arabia handled the onboarding process. The two companies have been working together since August 2020 and have collaborated with 18-20 resources from Staff Arabia. Unified Hospitality has invested at least $1.5 million in their partnership with Staff Arabia over the past ten years.

Siemens in Egypt engaged Staff Arabia to audit, correct, and operate their employee files, manage social security issues, and handle open cases with the labour law. Staff Arabia was chosen due to their good network and reputation in the market, as well as positive reviews from their clients. The project involved auditing over 1000 employee files, identifying gaps, and supporting the local HR team in managing all communication and correspondences with the authorities. Staff Arabia was chosen to undertake this project after applying to a tender opened by Siemens.
