Stacknyu was hired by TradeSec AMC India Pvt Limited, a leading manufacturer of smart intrusion alarm systems, to develop a comprehensive security monitoring system. The project entailed creating a platform with heartbeat management that could connect with any device based on various protocols. Stacknyu was tasked with implementing support for ONVIF and WebRTC protocols to deliver live CCTV feeds and enable AI-powered video monitoring. They also designed a hierarchical role-based dashboard with real-time event tracking and multi-channel notifications. An analytics and reporting module was added to provide insights into alarm history and device trends. The system was designed for scalability and high availability, capable of supporting thousands of devices and concurrent users with minimal latency.

The Alartx platform was built from the ground up by Stacknyu. The team developed both the backend and the user dashboard, which was designed with clear role-based views. The platform was made capable of handling different devices and communication protocols, preparing it for future integrations. A smart notification system was created to improve emergency response, sending alerts through multiple channels like WhatsApp, Telegram, push notifications, and email. These notifications can be customized with rules and escalation paths to ensure teams are alerted quickly and can take immediate action.
