The company operates across 36 branches nationwide and aimed to streamline business operations, reduce manual record-keeping, and provide accurate and uniform data access. StackNova was selected for their competitive pricing, value for cost, clear communication, and a thorough understanding of the company's business requirements.
StackNova designed and developed a bespoke ERP system, focusing on synthesizing operational workflows and business records into a single application that considered the needs of the company's extensive branch network. Key project deliverables included a custom ERP application, user interfaces for daily tasks, structured data entry and record management modules, and a centralized hub of business data for operational supervision and decision making.
The impact of StackNova's work on Mujahid Oil Group of Industries has been transformative. The new ERP system has not only simplified daily workflows but also offered a consolidated view of operations facilitating better decision making and inter-branch coordination.
