SSMCommunications was hired by a door company to develop and manage their website, as well as handle SEO and Google Ads. SSMCommunications worked with EZ Micro Solutions, an IT firm, to enhance their existing website, provide outreach marketing services, and implement SEO efforts. They also created content for the client's social media platforms. The client mainly communicated with the two co-owners of SSMCommunications, whom they knew from a previous business. The partnership began in October 2020 and continues to this day, with the client investing $2,500 a month.

A distillery hired SSMCommunications to streamline their social media and marketing presence. SSM primarily supported their social media campaigns, procured merchandise such as t-shirts and hats, and assisted with the design and development of product labels. They also prepared and submitted the client's marketing plan to a local government agency for grant funding. The client was familiar with SSM both personally and professionally, and the engagement, which began in April 2020, is ongoing with an investment of around $18,000-$19,000.
