SSDM, a digital marketing company, was tasked with improving the online presence of a senior living community with 15 locations across the Midwest. The client's main challenge was to target active adults before their health declined, which is a key focus of their marketing strategy. SSDM was brought on board to provide SEO and other online marketing services. The team, which included the founder, accounts director, and creative director, worked on differentiating the client from nursing homes and targeted potential residents by studying online behavior. They used SEO, content development, and paid marketing campaigns, managed the client's landing pages and websites, and developed optimized content. SSDM also oversaw the client's marketing automation, managed drip campaigns and customer touch points, and designed digital ads. Recently, they began supporting the client's social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram. The client selected SSDM because they took the time to understand their business and spoke to them in a way that was understandable despite their lack of digital marketing experience. The partnership began in January 2015 and is ongoing.
