Srushty Global Inc was hired by InstaGood, a tech start-up, to design and develop a sanitary napkin vending machine and a cloth bag vending machine. The project involved studying the basic requirements of the machines, system architecture, electrical/electronic concept/engineering design, firmware development, mechanical concept/engineering design, refining the design for DFM, material selection, functionality, developing a high accuracy prototype, integrating and assembling the mechanical and electrical components, testing the engineering design, refining and updating the design, and releasing one working unit, manufacturing drawings, associated CAD files, and BOM. The project was completed successfully with 6-10 employees from Srushty working on it.
Srushty Global Inc was also hired by Wetflix, a company offering water management solutions, to develop a web portal for usage monitoring and service management, as well as hardware for non-contact water level monitoring for commercial and residential use cases. The scope of work included software deliverables such as a website to access both admin and user web portals, user registration, device onboarding, device data updating, device live status updating, notification options, subscription plans, card payment systems, and analytics. The hardware deliverables included studying the basic requirements of the device, system architecture, firmware development, cloud integration, wireless mode change, device configuration, memory integration, enclosure design, and manufacturing drawings. The project was completed successfully with 6-10 employees from Srushty working on it.
Srushty Global Inc was also hired by Intake Health, a wellness company, to review and improve device firmware. The scope of work included setting up a reproducible and consistent version-controlled firmware development environment, reviewing all existing firmware and flowcharting the system, identifying areas that may be most likely to introduce incorrect logic or bugs in the system, adding automated or manual testing processes around all core functions, improving firmware to minimize power consumption, adding over-the-air update capabilities, and adding non-volatile memory storage partition and features across hard system reboots. The project was completed successfully with 2-5 employees from Srushty working on it.
