Squares was hired by a London-based museum, with the objective of enhancing the user experience for visitors during exhibitions via a mobile and tablet app. The museum's product manager, responsible for managing communication assets and customer journey processes, led the collaboration. Squares was chosen for their ability to meet the visual expectations of the project and execute within a strict deadline. The project commenced with a kick-off meeting to discuss goals and expectations, followed by a workshop to review initial drafts. Subsequently, Squares developed a clickable prototype which, upon approval, resulted in the final design of all requested views. Two UX/UI designers from Squares team were assigned to this project.
