Square Mill Labs was hired by a specialty surgical practice to enhance their web presence. The company, which serves a niche market of patients from around the world, required interactive websites to engage and build trust with potential patients. Square Mill Labs, chosen for their consistent high-quality work and rapid response to issues, developed a custom patient diagnosis application, a Q&A platform, and a custom content management system. The team, which included a UI/UX designer and a software engineer, delivered on the project's objectives, enhancing the client's web presence and patient engagement.

For Monarch ISC, a data security company, Square Mill Labs developed a web-based tool to help organizations navigate and understand the new Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirements. Square Mill Labs was selected for their understanding of the project's needs and requirements, as well as their focus on cybersecurity. The project involved the development of a marketing front page, a backend for data entry, user security tables and authentication, and custom reporting. The principals at Square Mill Labs were directly involved in the project, which successfully met the client's needs.

Square Mill Labs was engaged by the Melmac Education Foundation, a nonprofit in Maine, to develop a centralized CMS for reporting and registering events. The nonprofit, which provides grants to various education stakeholders, had previously relied on a mix of paper and email reporting. Square Mill Labs fast-forwarded through the discovery and design stages, which had been completed by a previous vendor, and developed the app from scratch. The project, which cost around $150,000, resulted in the successful launch of version 1.0 of the portal. The partnership with Square Mill Labs is ongoing, with plans for continuous improvements to the portal.
