The project also involved a website migration to HubSpot CMS and the creation of new web content. Square 2 conducted a competitive audit, persona review, and buying cycle framework development, among other tasks. The team of at least 10 professionals, including executives, copywriters, editors, and web developers, delivered a comprehensive package that included a revised marketing messaging package, SEO and keyword strategy, website optimization plan, and more.

Square 2 worked with Delegate Solutions, an automated delegation provider, to manage their marketing efforts using HubSpot as the main platform. They designed the company's website, workflows, landing pages, and marketing campaigns. Additionally, they developed a lead scoring system to identify the most dedicated customers and assisted with email marketing initiatives. The ongoing engagement, which began in June 2019, involves three key resources from Square 2, with additional team members brought in as needed.
