Squad4 was hired by Return to Duty, Inc., a nonprofit organization to design and develop their website, as well as integrate a CRM solution. The project was initiated based on a referral and the team's expertise with HubSpot. Through a cooperative effort, Squad4 and the client co-created the website's functionality, visual identity, and CRM support. They devised a ticketing system through HubSpot to accommodate the two categories of customers of Return to Duty, Inc. Squad4's CEO, Scott, and Mollie, who was in charge of Visual Identity, were the primary resources working directly with the client. The progress of the project was monitored through weekly workshops and tracked via Monday.com. The feedback from the client was highly positive, praising Squad4's exceptional knowledge and conscientiousness. The client also appreciated the team's training on HubSpot, as they had very little prior experience with it.
