SPRYLAB

SPRYLAB was hired by orgavision GmbH, a Quality Management (QM) software firm, to provide strategic advice and concept development for their product. The founder of orgavision GmbH sought SPRYLAB's expertise for the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and the subsequent further development of the product. The project was aimed at increasing the quality of processes, products, and services for orgavision's customers, enabling them to operate more successfully in the market. SPRYLAB was chosen over other companies due to their high ratings, proximity, cultural fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. A team of 6-10 employees from SPRYLAB worked on the project.

The scope of work included the development of orgavision software, one of the first successful Software as a Service solutions in Germany. This software was designed to meet the demands of modern corporate management, such as creating transparent and lean processes, designing comprehensible knowledge management, and providing evidence of legally compliant documentation. The software was developed in collaboration with Consolutions KG and IT Design GmbH. Initially, the software was focused on the social economy, but it has since been adopted by numerous companies from other sectors. The project was successful, as evidenced by the broad use of the software across various sectors.
