In another project, Sprint Innovations was engaged by a real estate investment firm to develop a custom software for their business management operations. The software was designed to streamline the day-to-day management of the portfolio and the tenants, handle contracts, rent payments, and facilitate interaction between customers and the team. The frontend was developed using Angular, CSS3, and HTML5, while the backend utilized Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Stack Driver on Google Cloud. The project, which started in August 2017, is ongoing and has seen an investment of £200,000.

Sprint Innovations partnered with a B2B PropTech firm to develop a tenant management app. The project spanned over four years and involved the development and testing of an MVP, followed by the creation of version 2, and finally version 3, which received positive feedback from the market. The app was developed using Java for the backend and Google Angular for the front. The team at Sprint Innovations, which fluctuated in size according to the project's needs, consisted of technical leads, lead developers, and project managers among others. The project continues with plans for further integrations.
