Highlights from Recent Projects
Springbox worked with Family Docket, a startup software service company for the legal industry. The company needed help with a feasibility study about their concept and business idea. Springbox analyzed the competition, identified opportunities for improvement, and helped define the necessary feature sets to compete and differentiate themselves. They also estimated the cost to build the solution and the size of the market, and suggested web-based marketing opportunities. They are currently building a fully responsive website for Family Docket. The relationship began in September 2016 and is ongoing.
Springbox partnered with a part of the US National Archive System to redesign their outdated website and provide content strategy and UX design. They consolidated the institution's multiple websites into a new, Drupal-based site. They also conducted a thorough audit of the institution's content, some of which dated back 50 years, and used data to determine what was working. The work began in January 2017 and is ongoing with a launch date estimated for September.
Springbox collaborated with the Austin Parks Foundation, a nonprofit organization, to increase awareness of the foundation. They conducted a SpringSolve Workshop to strategize about the foundation's concerns, goals, and challenges. They are currently implementing the recommended strategy from the workshop and plan to build a messaging strategy next. They began working together in December 2016 and the collaboration is ongoing.
