Highlights from Recent Projects
Springbox partnered with Family Docket, a startup software service company for the legal industry, to conduct a feasibility study on the initial business concept. They analyzed the competition, identified opportunities for improvement, and estimated the cost of building the product. Springbox also assisted in developing a name and logo for the brand and created marketing materials for investors. The project, which started in September 2016, is ongoing, with Springbox currently building a fully functioning responsive website for Family Docket.
Springbox was hired by a US National Archive System institution to redesign their outdated website and improve content strategy and UX. They consolidated multiple websites into a new one, built from scratch using Drupal. Springbox conducted a thorough audit of the existing content and used data to determine what to include or improve. They also built out the institution's CRM and ensured the new website was mobile-friendly. The project started in January 2017 and is ongoing, with a launch date estimated for September.
The Austin Parks Foundation, a nonprofit organization, engaged Springbox to increase awareness of their organization and raise funds for their 25th anniversary. Springbox conducted a SpringSolve Workshop, a design thinking workshop that identified the organization's concerns, goals, and challenges. They then recommended a strategy, which the Austin Parks Foundation is currently implementing. The next phase of the project involves building a messaging strategy and making the website more action-oriented. The project started in December 2016 and is ongoing.
