The client had issues with internal developers who couldn't optimize the IMF, which was causing problems for their customers, especially those using Outlook. Spodar Group was chosen for their experience with MTA. They worked on several projects, including optimizing every protocol within the client's environment, refactoring code to improve performance, and reducing issues. They identified and fixed the root of the issue and tested it in a staging environment before releasing the code to production. The client spent at least $50,000 on this engagement, which began in June 2020 and lasted for about four months, followed by ongoing maintenance operations. The client was satisfied with Spodar Group's work, noting their effective problem-solving and quality assurance processes.
