Spodar Group was hired by an email service provider to address issues with their Mail Transfer Agent, specifically concerning the Internet Message Format protocol. The client had encountered difficulties optimizing this protocol, leading to disruptions for the majority of their customers. Spodar Group, chosen for their prior experience with Mail Transfer Agents, formulated a plan to rectify these problems. They worked on optimizing all protocols in the client's environment, refactoring the code to improve performance, reduce issues, and enhance sustainability. The code was then tested in a staging environment before being released to production. The team also ensured the successful deployment and quality assurance of these releases. The project, which began in June 2020, comprised three main stages over four months, followed by ongoing maintenance operations. Over $50,000 was invested in this engagement, with the client expressing satisfaction with the results.
