Spiral Scout

Spiral Scout was hired by hey freya, a company focused on women's wellness, to build an administrative dashboard for lab test results. The dashboard needed to integrate information from multiple vendors, apps, and platforms, including Shopify and Vendor Labs. It was designed to be used by both the Operations and Health teams, with the ability to sort, filter, edit and live update with notifications. The project was completed by a team of 2-5 employees from Spiral Scout and was chosen for their affordable pricing, culture fit, and value for cost.

Project Fortress, a legal CRM platform for corporate transactions, engaged Spiral Scout for platform development and integration, as well as the implementation of artificial intelligence. The scope of work involved developing all parts of Project Fortress's legal CRM platform and integrations with third-party software. Spiral Scout was also responsible for customizing features and handling issues. A team of 6-10 employees was assigned to the project, chosen for their competitive pricing, culture fit, and value for cost.

Gorgias, an AI software company, hired Spiral Scout for AI consulting. The project involved validating Gorgias's understanding of the temporal.io framework, validating the framework as a fit for the next iteration of the Gorgias AI Agent, and understanding the benefits and constraints of the framework. At the end of the 4 workshop days with Spiral Scout, Gorgias had a validated draft of the new architecture for their AI Agent, a clear implementation plan, a first proof of concept of AI Agent on temporal, and everything set up between their infrastructure and the temporal cloud. The project was completed by one Spiral Scout employee, chosen for their great temporal knowledge and experience.
