The system has also been given authority to manage some tasks independently, reducing the need for direct managerial engagement.

SpellSystems was engaged by Intellcam, a software development company, to provide AI consulting and software development services. Due to the high volume of task reports, Intellcam was seeking an AI solution to efficiently manage and process these tasks. SpellSystems developed AI solutions for their file management system tasks, analyzing 70,000 tasks and creating different scenarios to address each situation. The project, which ran from October to December 2023, cost around $60,000 and was handled by a single team member from SpellSystems.
