Spectailor was hired by Rangda & Barong, a high-end luxury jewelry brand, to revamp their e-commerce platform. The company aimed to improve the online shopping experience for their customers and gain a better understanding of their journey. Spectailor began with a thorough UX research phase, conducting in-depth interviews with existing and potential customers to gain valuable insights. Following this, they moved onto the UX & UI design phase, providing various deliverables such as information architecture alternatives and user journey maps. The result was a unique and fresh e-commerce platform tailored to the brand's needs.

Spectailor worked with SPI International, a global media company, to update the design for their OTT products. The project's scope included redesigning the entire OTT service before its re-launch, with Spectailor responsible for both UX and UI design. They began by creating prototype personas, which helped explore users' engagement and discovery habits. Following this, they updated the design of all screens, created mobile-friendly sales pages, and updated mobile apps. The project resulted in a revamped OTT service that was more user-friendly and engaging.

Blink, a User Research and Design consultancy, hired Spectailor for a large international project aimed at understanding customer behaviors around online shopping habits in different countries. Spectailor was responsible for the moderation and analysis of the research in Turkey. The company moderated all sessions and provided a high-level report of the findings, as well as transcribing all sessions in English. This partnership enabled Blink to gain valuable insights into the shopping habits of people in Turkey, contributing to their broader research project.
