The project involved extensive brainstorming sessions, UX design phase, and the development of a functional website and mobile applications. The team consisted of a project manager, systems architect, UI/UX designer, Drupal developers, mobile app developers, and testers. The application was successfully deployed and is currently maintained by Specbee.

For Tech Kripa Solutions, an agricultural IT company, Specbee developed a high-performance poultry management software. The software was designed to meet specialized inventory management requirements and business process flows. The vendor was chosen based on their past work showcased at a conference. The project involved the development of a tool for livestock and poultry management, assisting with strategy and planning to forecast production cycles or supply chains. The team included a project manager, system architect, two PHP developers, and a tester.
