They also built reporting tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making. The technology stack used included AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Python, and C#. The client worked with four individuals from Sparkfish, including the CEO, COO, and two data engineers. The project, which began in February 2022, is still ongoing, and the firm has invested around $250,000 so far.

In another project, Sparkfish assisted a student management software company with mobile app development. The company was facing challenges with their previous developers and sought Sparkfish's help to address communication, time, and quality issues. The project involved developing cross-platform apps using Ionic, with a focus on communication and retention tools for martial arts schools and other similar businesses. The apps were designed to be simple, clean, and easy to navigate. Sparkfish also took over the company's legacy software system, similar to a CRM. The engagement, which began in April 2020, is still ongoing, and the company has invested close to $130,000.

Sparkfish also worked with a warranty products company to develop a data warehouse and provide BI consulting. The company had been facing challenges with disparate reporting from its 20 different clients and needed to consolidate their reporting. Sparkfish built custom data warehouses, created specifications, and worked with each client to ensure their file submissions complied with these specifications. They also implemented Microsoft Power BI tools. The client worked with 4-5 teammates from Sparkfish, and the project, which began in January 2018, is ongoing. The company has invested between $4-$8 million so far.
